Senior Director of Growth & Partnerships
Hybrid In-Office/Remote
As the Senior Director of Growth and Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth through our multi-pronged playbook for patient acquisition. You will expand and strengthen the ongoing engagement of a 2,500+ member provider partner network.
Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer, and as a key member of our central leadership team, you will leverage your skills as a system thinker, storyteller, and people leader to expand access to a cutting edge treatment leading to life changing results for people seeking relief from depression.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Analysis: Strengthen and expand patient acquisition strategies to drive Ember’s growth goals in alignment with our core values. Reflect knowledge of market trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape into analysis of new patient and partner acquisition channels and outreach efforts. Establish and maintain a budget for all related activities to ensure efficient use of resources and a strong return on investment.
Partnership Development and Account Management: Build and maintain trusting relationships with referring physicians, specialists, practice leaders, and other healthcare providers to facilitate patient referrals and enhance Ember Health’s reputation as the gold standard bearer within the medical community. Develop and nurture partnerships with organizations and networks that expand access to care at Ember and generate referral opportunities.
Campaign and Content Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing and outreach campaigns aimed at attracting and educating provider partners and patients. This includes digital marketing, social media, community events, and other promotional activities. Capture and amplify Ember’s brand voice through our web, blog, social media, educational content, and earned and paid media content.
CRM Oversight and Performance Tracking: Oversee comprehensive data on Ember’s provider network. Regularly report on patient acquisition performance, strategies, and outcomes to senior leadership. Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team responsible for patient acquisition activities, including Clinical Directors, administrators, and dedicated central staff. Provide guidance, set goals, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve enterprise-wide objectives. Build the central team as necessary to achieve growth targets.

What You Have:
8-10 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving sustained growth, ideally through partnership development in healthcare
Strong command of key economics principles needed to track and measure ROI, budget resources effectively, and set financial metrics to drive growth
Familiarity with the mental healthcare landscape, Health Insurance and HIPAA are ideal, but not required

Compensation Package and Benefits
The on-target annual compensation package for this role is $220K, including performance-based bonus, with a guaranteed starting base salary between $140K - $160K, pending prior experience and skill sets. This role is also eligible for an equity grant upon starting.
In addition to base salary, we provide a guaranteed 401K contribution of 3% annual compensation. This is a full-time in-office role based in Downtown Brooklyn, NYC, including travel around the New York metro area, and work-from-home, hybrid flexibility as desired.
